Val Spooner Kelly, M.S.

Wetland & Forest Ecologist   

Val majored in forest ecology and site classification.  She has experience in forestry, soil mapping, photo interpretation, and

wetland ecology.  She has over eighteen years of field experience. 

During her ten years at Raedeke Associates, Inc., Val has overseen wetland and stream delineations and assessments; completed data analyses, long-term mitigation

monitoring, overseen permitting, and

reviewed and edited reports.
