Soil and Wetland Scientist

Emmett has extensive experience assessing wetlands in the Pacific Northwest.  He has delineated and received agency concurrence for more than 200 wetlands.  His expertise in wetland regulations has resulted in the successful permitting of wetland impacts throughout the region.  In addition, the success  of his wetland mitigation designs and management of their construction, maintenance, and monitoring has resulted in the early release of mitigation performance bonds. 

His responsibilities at Raedeke Associates include wetland delineations, wetland impact permitting, wetland mitigation design, and expert testimony.
