Lone Ranch Environmental Assessment Raedeke Associates, Inc. has conducted ‘Environmentally Sensitive Areas’ studies for this 500+ acre property located in southwestern Oregon. We conducted the following on-site studies: wetland and stream delineations; marbled murrelet and spotted owl habitat surveys, as well as surveys for occupancy; and searches for the federally listed endangered western lily. Raedeke Associates, Inc. prepared assessment reports for each of the sensitive areas studies conducted, and prepared a management plan for the western lily habitats on the site. We also provided testimony at public hearings concerning the proposed development of the site and prepared conceptual mitigation plans for unavoidable impacts to sensitive areas on the property.
