Ash Way Urban Center

This 7.7 acre mixed-use development is located directly north of a regional park-and-ride station.  This pedestrian-oriented village nestles buildings and drives within a network of wetlands and seasonal streams with minimal buffer impacts.  Raedeke Associates Inc. is providing wetland science, wildlife biology and landscape architecture services for this project.
